Private Guided Tour of Heckscher Museum of Art
Sunday, November 17th, 2024, 2:00 pm - 3:00 pm EST
The 2024 Long Island Biennial fosters connections between artists from Nassau and Suffolk Counties and the communities in which they live and work. This year, inspired by the work of George Grosz, the Museum invited submissions of artworks that engage contemporary social, cultural, and political issues. The Body Politic unites a range of perspectives and styles to explore the ways artists interact with, challenge, and shape our world.
